EXPLANATORY NOTES ON MEMBERSHIP

Membership year	The Club's Membership year is the calendar year. Members who join after October 1st. of any year have their Membership current to December 31st. of the following year.
Joining Fee	A Joining Fee of $35.00 applies to all new applications for Full, Family, Associate and Remote Associate Membership. Renewals of these Membership types received after February 28th. also are subject to this Joining Fee.
Club Meeting	The main Club Meeting is on the first Wednesday of each month except January and is held at the Club's own Clubrooms at Unit 8, 19-23 Kylie Place, Cheltenham North, starting at 8.30 p.m. An informal meeting is held on the third Wednesday at the Clubrooms.
Magazine	The Club publishes a Monthly Magazine, "The Light Shaft" which is mailed to Full, Associate and Remote Associate Members.
Spare Parts	The Club has a large range of Austin 7 Spare Parts available for sale to MEMBERS ONLY. Sales are open BEFORE Club Meetings and as notified in "The Light Shaft" (usually 2 to 4 p.m. on the Saturday following the Monthly Meeting).
A7 Clubs Association	"The Magazine of The Austin Seven", published quarterly by the Austin Seven Clubs' Association in England can be subscribed to on a yearly basis through the Club.
CLASSES OF MEMBERSHIP
FULL MEMBER	A Full Member must be the owner or co-owner of an Austin 7 or a vehicle which complies with any Club Formula. There is a limit of two co-owners per vehicle.
ASSOCIATE	An Associate includes all other persons interested in the Club. An Associate who pays the full Membership Fee for Associates will receive the Club Magazine but is not entitled to vote at any Club Meetings.
REMOTE ASSOCIATE	A person generally precluded by health or geographical location or for any other reasons from attending Club Meetings and Events may, at the discretion of the Committee, be admitted as a Remote Associate. A Remote Associate will receive the Club Magazine.
There are a number of sub-groups of Associate Membership which attract reduced Fees. They do not receive the Club Magazine.
SPOUSE ASSOCIATE	Any Full Member may nominate one Spouse Associate.
JUNIOR ASSOCIATE	A Junior Associate shall be the child or grand-child of a financial Full Member, be aged under 21 years and be a dependant child.
FAMILY Subscription	Family Subscription covers 1 Full membership, Spouse & Juniors (Children or Grandchildren)
OBSERVED SECTION TRIAL PASSENGER ASSOCIATE	A person being solely involved in the Club as an O.S.T. Passenger may be admitted as an O.S.T. Passenger Associate.
OTHER INFORMATION.
A CAMS Level 1 or Level 2 Competition Licence is required by Members who participate as drivers in competitive Club events such as O.S.T. and Motorkhanas. Application Forms for these can be obtained from the Club.
